About Us

Connecting Neighbors with Neighbors
Our vision is to advocate for and connect the people of the Verde Village.
We are a community organization rebranded from the 501(c)4 non-profit Verde Village Property Owners Association. We are not an HOA, nor do we regulate the properties of the Verde Village. Membership is voluntary and membership fees cover a small portion of maintaining our properties.
With an emphasis on building community, the Verde Village Community Connection (VVCC) offers members a way to get to know neighbors and find ways to help each other out. Our events bring us together and volunteering often enables deeper connections with each other as we work alongside each other.
Members own a sparkling pool, a large clubhouse with a commercial kitchen for meals and events, and a smaller adobe ranch house that is ideally sized for private rentals. We own a large pond with a Ramada and table, a path with benches that walkers and birders can enjoy. We also own a beautiful Nature Preserve along the Verde River, with several river walks, benches and picnic tables.
